Designing In-app marketing materials for Lancome (APAC Regions) for their Campaign in Lazada Marketplace Platform

Stage 1. Between Lazada and Lancôme Guidelines
In Lazada marketplace, to marketize your products you need to follow the provided guidelines and templates provided by that platform. There are quite important because they included all the sizes and dimensions needed as well as informing the brand owner which banner go to where and what its functions are. But, for design visual, I need give a focus on Lancome Guidelines. Due to Lancome is one of the big and hi-end brand globally. They are very strict on this. Moreover, each their product line have their own visual guideline: colors, imagery and copywritings. So, in my process I need to find balance between both guideline.
Stage 2. Design Process and Approval
Before I proceed to design the in-app marketing banners, I actually started designing their in-app store homepage and product page design first. Thus, I already have the right key visuals to be adapt to the in-app marketing banners. For now, I did not include the portfolio for that homepage design due to severals reason but i might compile them in the next the future. But, even we already have the key visual, each banners still need to be submit and asking approval from Lancome Brand Manager. Most of the time, the changes only happen to the copy and visual positions.
Stage 3. Guideline to be used by Regions
At the same time, I need to compile all the designs and mocking them all up. Then, adding the mockup to the guideline I design. This guideline, similar to the guideline provided by Lazada team, was to be used by Lancome APAC region team. Each region have their own internal designer and similar to my process they will use this guideline to check the function and uses of each banners and also on which part they can edit to fit their region promotions.
Stage 4. Deliverables
There are many files and folders for this due to its different usages, sections, applications. So, I need to properly named them and put them in the right folders. Some folders also have editable mockup and references incase regions needed to use them. The working files provided PSD but we also packaged the links to all imagery, key visuals, products and fonts.

Final Say,
In Red Dino, I am the key person who managed and handling Lancome design works for their account in Lazada Marketplace. I would say I have many other works with them that I can compile and show it here. But for now, this project here can be my first teaser =p
